Dino Lack brings 10 years of knowledge and hands-on expertise in the information technology industry to AURA. His technical experience spans mainframe, AS/400, customer/server, and internet, intranet, and extranet systems. Dino gained management experience at Seabury & Smith, Andersen Consulting, and a local Des Moines-based consulting firm. Dino serves on the Board of Directors for Software and Information Technology of Iowa (SITI). In 2002, he was named a Finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award.

Mark works directly with customers to identify and analyze IT needs. His background includes experience in the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and municipal water supply industries throughout the country. Mark's engineering background allows him to truly analyze and focus on the customer's needs.

Amy Ward, Resource Manager

Amy Ward joined AURA with 8 years of knowledge and experience in the information technology industry. She started one of the first Internet development practices in Cincinnati in 1995. With a career focus on developing HR initiatives for IT companies, Amy brings expertise to AURA in the areas of employee development, career planning, recruiting, marketing, and management. Amy has earned a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.

John has managed a variety of projects and understands what it takes to deliver quality products and services to customers. He has earned a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.

Kimberly joined the Administrative Team of AURA as Office Manager. For six years prior she managed the office of a local office equipment company. She brings a broad spectrum of knowledge and management ability to her position with AURA, as well as a sense of commitment in producing a quality work environment and providing superior service to our customers.
