AURA President Dino Lack winds up for the pitch with a snowball.

We know that being a consultant presents challenges that traditional jobs do not. And we believe in being up front about those challenges. Travel and overtime happen. It's not a 9 to 5 job. You have to build new skills constantly. You will be confronted with new technologies you have never seen before, and have to adjust on the fly. You won't work in the same place every day. Chances are, you'll get stressed.
But we think the tradeoffs are compelling. You'll rarely have two days alike. You will learn something new every day. You will be challenged technically, interpersonally, and intellectually in ways you haven't before. You will receive the constant support of the AURA management team, whose goal is to ensure that you are empowered to get things done.
If you have a passion for technology, you will be at home here. AURA has retained its fun working environment even after the .com era has ended. We go out of our way to make our employees feel special and integral.
We keep you up to date on training and career development with AURA's weekly newsletter, Careers@AURA. Monthly company outings get the team and families together. Training during office hours keeps skills sharp. Foosball, video games, and satellite TV in the rec room help you blow off steam. You can have your cake (and eat it, too) on your birthday: we make a cake just for you. AURA takes all employees and a guest on an annual weekend getaway to celebrate our success for the year. We have the courage to tell you how you can grow and improve your abilities. To keep you up to date with what is happening with AURA, another newsletter keeps you posted on new business, internal projects, and upcoming events.
And that is just part of what makes AURA special to those who work here.
