At AURA, we know that building and deploying a software solution for our customers is only half the battle. Our customer's perception of value is the true measure of success. If we deploy a software solution that meets our standards for the project, but not the customer's expectations, we haven't delivered successfully. It's all about exceeding expectations. The development process in the consulting world sounds complex: proposals, meetings, development, testing, implementation, and so on. But in the end, all we do is listen to our customers, discern what their needs are, present a solution design, obtain approval to proceed, and then... we get the job done.
To get to "done," we use the AURA Project Process (APP). APP is a methodology developed by AURA to ensure the successful completion of all of our projects. Our customer's satisfaction with the quality of the project means that we focus our efforts on delivering software that exceeds expectations. Meeting expectations isn't good enough. This process encompasses the full range of the project life cycle.
AURA's PMI certified project manager assures that professional standards are followed and all projects succeed. Each project has critical checkpoints and required customer approvals throughout. Each of the project life cycle phases require both customer and AURA management approval before a project can progress to the next phase. Regular communications with our customers is a part of each project's communication plan. This intense and consistent involvement keeps projects on track. Finally, each project's lessons learned are documented and are kept to use as a resource for future project planning and continuous improvement.
Our customers review our progress and validate that their expectations are being met. At the end of the project, we conduct a thorough review process to validate the project's success.
