Municipalities are facing an ever-increasing challenge to provide the best services to their customers.
Technology can play an important part in reaching the expected level of service. Customers also expect convenience from their energy and communications providers. Our work with municipalities has led AURA to understand that the time required for customer service representatives to continually answer common questions from their customers is a time consuming and expensive part of their jobs.
Government to customer.
AURA has created flexible and affordable solutions to allow municipal utility customers secure, remote access to their usage information. This includes billing and monitoring of the utilities and services used. AURA has designed an application using web technologies that allow the end users to access their billing and payment information on-line.
Government to government.
AURA can provide solutions that facilitate the easy exchange of data between business partners. Some of our larger utility customers provide the billing processes for their surrounding communities. AURA has created an Internet-based application to streamline that data exchange. The data often includes end user water meter quantities, accounting and billing information.
